The Butt Walk! 🍑This is a simple exercise to help get some blood flow and strength into the Quadratus Lumborum (QL) muscle in the lower back. You might be thinking, “But my QL is tight,” and that is probably true, but chances are that it is actually weak as well.😔 This exercise is meant to warm up the muscle before you massage it (tomorrow’s video).
