I'm having crazy volume consistency issues, does anyone know of some all-powerful volume normalizer that will actually alter the MP3 file and not just change the volume through Winamp or something?

Looking for a MP3 fixer/normalizer, anyone know of a good one? I will just copy the archive and back that up to disc after I do the files after copying them. What is wrong with your MP3 files? What is ...
